A connected data source is any system or file type Zevero reads your invoice or meter data from. Examples include your SAP or NetSuite instance (one source each), your SP Group utility portal, and a recurring CSV export from your ERP. Manual PDF uploads do not count against your data source limit.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect at the next billing cycle. Downgrading follows the same process. Your emissions data and disclosure history carry over regardless of tier. If you are on an annual plan, upgrades are prorated for the remainder of your billing year.

Starter and Professional plans include a 14-day trial. During the trial you can connect your actual data sources and see a real emissions baseline built from your invoice history. No credit card is required to start. Enterprise trials are arranged through a scoping call with our team.

Professional supports up to 5 legal entities within a single account, each with its own data sources and entity boundary. Entity-level and consolidated group totals are both available in the disclosure output. Enterprise removes the entity limit entirely and supports complex group structures with subsidiary rollups.

On cancellation you have 30 days to export your full emissions ledger, disclosure files, and audit trail in Excel and JSON format. After the export window closes, your data is deleted from Zevero's systems within 60 days in line with our data processing terms. We do not retain customer invoice data after account closure.

No setup fees on Starter or Professional. Professional includes an onboarding call where we connect your data sources and walk through your first disclosure output together. Enterprise onboarding scope varies by integration complexity and is defined during the sales process.
